"I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say. Food excellent at the buffet. The night activities poor practically all done by the staff did not like it needs good intertainment had to go to the room early not good. Tha magical show very good and the live music also good. We had enough of the staff...

"We had a lovely stay here, rooms were spacious and there was a decent breakfast offering though the selection decreased following the Easter period. During the peak period there was significant noise in the atrium and then by the pool bar during the night, given this I would probably only return during the low season or ask for a room off the main atrium.
