Prior to booking at the Old Phuket, we had to find a new place to stay at 8:00pm due to oar AIRBNB room somewhere else, had no Air Conditioning and was dirty. We felt So blessed to find Old Phuket Resort. Staff was great at check in. When we opened the door to our villa - we were in shock !! Hot tub outside, large, cool, room with a desk and places to sit. Beautiful large bathroom AND outdoor private shower.Concierge staff Chai helped us with drivers to different places. So many things in walking distance.

Staff was very friendly and is helpful althoughout our stay, pool was fantastic and clean providing canoes would have been fantastic if not for the constance rain
