We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping and within walking distance to major attractions. Upon arriving, we were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating hotel staff. I would recommend staying at this location when traveling to Rome.

The room was clean and orderly. Everything was well-maintained, the room was comfortable. The hotel is a short distance away from the "Spanish Steps" and the "Fountain of Trevi". The hotel room might have benefited from more air conditioning due to the overwhelming heat in Italy.

Fantastic location, beautiful room, really helpful staff, WhatsApp facility was incredibly convenient and they were always quick to reply, a really nice personal touch. Only very minor downside, our room had a coffee making area just outside, this meant if any other guests were in this area at night it could be quite noisy when you are trying to relax in your beautiful room.

Coming out the door the of the hotel, to the right at the end of the street is the shopping area where you can find all sorts of stores. To the left is the bridge that will take you to Vatican City. Every place you want to go to is all walkable. If you don't want to walk, there is a taxi stand half a block away to the right of the hotel. So convenient. There is a grocery half block away with a bakery and cafe and there are so many places to eat. Everyone was so nice and helpful...just be aware that it is a boutique hotel where reception is only in person from 730 am to 3 pm. I checked in at noon so I had no problem. They give you a pass code so entering the building is not a problem. If ever there is a problem, there will always be someone available to help and communicating via Whatsapp is easy...response is quick. I loved my room and bathroom...larger and spacious. The bed was rock hard but I believe they added a topper when I said something about it. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back to samtay again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Tree Charme Augusto. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Rome : tout se fait facilement à pied. La chambre était très propre, confortable et joliment décorée, avec une literie très agréable. Une belle salle de bain bien équipée . Stephanie a été tres disponible depuis l’arrivée et avant et a été très accueillante disponible et réactive ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon pour le centre historique de Rome. Tout est proche à pied . L hôtel est pourtant calme et pas de bruit à l’intérieur Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Buen hotel. Muy bien situado cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas. Llegamos en domingo y no había nadie , teniendo que llamar y gestionar la entrada. Nadie dio indicaciones. No hay ascensor y el desayuno es fuera del hotel
