We booked this new hotel and definitely fell in love with it! Never been in a place of such beauty , raw and real materials, it’s a new concept of 5 star hotel, minimalist , clean , amazing staff, fantastic restaurant (open all day, try the breakfast)! The location is very central , walking distance from all the attractions in Rome. We couldn’t ask for more and will come back soon! Thank you
Beautiful hotel with minimalist design, which we love. Service was friendly and efficient. Attention to a few small practical details could make this property really shine - bring out the toiletry products so they’re easy to see and use, push the bed all the way to wall so there’s not an eight inch gap without a headboard, leave out the towels in the bathroom instead of hiding them in the closets and I expect usb outlets throughout the room and there were none. There were a few unnecessary design elements like the toilet and bidet carved into a stone slab - not only was it cold to sit on, it was awkward to use, and given the abundance of integrated bidets, an old style stand alone bidet seems dated. We enjoyed our stay, but hopefully you take on feedback to make this a truly outstanding establishment.
The hotel design supposed to be creative but it is very inconvenient, the toilet seat being practically a hole in the marble, everytime you want to use it is problematic, no one wants to set on a cold marble. The noise of the upper floor it felt like inside the room. Aside that the price of the hotel given all these issues, no value for money.
