staff very friendly, smooth check-in, good to have lift, room spacious and clean, quiet at the top of building, supermarkets and train and bus stations nearby. just not so good for rubbish bins at the entrance, but overall good stay experience

Location is unbeatable close to Termini, connected airport and attractions in minutes, high speed trains to other cities such Florence and Milan. Entrance hotel a bit sketchy, garbage beans around, really old lift but it works. Upon arrival to the 5ft floor there’s the hotel, rooms are clean, decent size, some washrooms are too small others bigs ( stayed in two different rooms, different bookings, decided to stay an extra day in Rome), overall for a two stay hotel is good, don’t expect nothing fancy or basic like coffee in the rooms, kettle and such. Staff is really good, accommodating in case you need something, specially girl wearing black.

This hotel is located just around the corner from termin, Rome main transportation hub, no need to take a cab to/from airport, high speed train take you to Florence in 1 hour and to Milan in 3 hours. Colloseum and other attractions just 10-15 minutes by Metro as well as Piazza de Pipolo to take your day excursions. Hotel is located on the 5ft floor of an old building, entrance is a little bit sketchy since you have to pass the garbage bins and take an old elevator takes forever to take you to the 5ft. For a 2 stars hotel, rooms are very decent, ample in size and very clean washroom and floors. Got a double room for 2 nights, bathroom was very small but manageable; switch to a single room for my third night and the washroom was very big, again very nice and clean. Towels, shampoo and little soaps are offered. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they will help you out with whatever thing you need, I needed hot water for my tea and got it for me several times, always with smile, there’s a lady working there that always wear black, she is the best. If you just need a place to crash at night, this is your hotel no worries here.

Friendly late check=in. Discovered that toilet wouldn't flush. Reported to reception but no action taken to investigate. Use plastic waste basket filled via shower to flush toilet. Upon checkout other reception person said they would have given me another room. Too late at checkout!

テルミニ駅から歩いて数分。交通の便がとてもよく、ローマに着いてから荷物を置いて身軽に観光に出られます。施設は古いけれど、スタッフは親切。翌日もテルミニ駅から出発だったので、時間を有効に使えました。コロッセオまで歩いて20分くらい。良い道なので観光としてはいいと思います。

Trevligt för en kort vistelse

Det var ett hotell med nära tillgång till restaurang och fik, samt terminalen. Passade oss perfekt i handsken. Receptionen låg på 5e våningen men det gick snabbt med hiss. Snäll och trevlig reception vid incheckning och utcheckningen gick snabbt också. Någon finns där 24/7 som jag uppfattade. Hade bara kontakt med dem under incheckning nästan. WiFi finns men den var seg. Hade ett rum på våning 2, och det blev ett 3 bäddsrum (fast vi bokade 2 bädd, så en uppgradering). Relativt städat. Bra dusch och toalett med bidé. Tvn fungerade och var smart. Trevligt att titta på Youtube.

je suis arrivé à l'heure mais j'ai du attendre 20 mn avant d'avoir quelqu'un à la réception. Ma chambre se trouvait à un autre étage avec un autre escalier et ascenseur. La literie était correcte. Le hall de l'immeuble sert à entreposer les poubelles.

우선 사전 공지도 없이 전체 호텔 금액을 사전에 제 신용카드로 결제했고, 체크인 시 또 결제를 요구했습니다. 체크인 전 결제된 금액은 바로 취소해주겠다고 했으나 거의 2주가 다 돼도록 아직 취소되지 않아 호텔스닷컴을 통해 알아보고 있지만 해결되지 않았습니다. 또한 호텔 엘레베이터를 포함해 화장실 시설이 매우 열악하며 침대도 불편하고 방음도 되지 않습니다.

My friends and I were happy with my choice to spend our 3 nights at this hotel. The location is very convenient. Very close to Termini station and shopss and restaurants. The price I paid for 3 nights was very reasonable. I wouldn’t mind using this hotel again next time I visit Rome.
