Would definitely recommend.
Well maintained, very clean and helpful amenities (e.g. lift, washer/dryer, utensils, etc). There are plenty of plug sockets around the flat so charging multiple devices was not a problem.
Our stay was in the summer months with temperatures being 30+ degrees celsius so the air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the nights.
The property is ~5 mins walk from the colosseum and a similar distance to the train station and bus stops. There a few different parks nearby as well for an evening walk. Local shops have everything you might need and they're close by. The neighbourhood is quiet but felt very safe.
