Excellence Suite
We arrived for our check in and were greeted by Kevin who provided excellent service and great suggestions. Room reserved was large, clean with a good sized bathroom. Napoleon Hotel
Staff were lovely and helpful but the room could have done with a bit more TLC for a 4 Star hotel. Very close to the metro, a huge bonus as it was our starting point for all our trips.
