"Great hotel! Staff is customer focused, professional, friendly and attentive. Definitely felt like I was in Rome with the beautiful decor. Very very very clean!!! Bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was outstanding and coffee was the best we’ve had in Italy. Wish this hotel was in the US! Would definitely stay again! We had to leave early before breakfast was served so the front desk (Gabriel) had a to-go bag ready for us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! "

"So easy to check in- close to the tourist areas but calm and peaceful. Loved it ! The outside patio was so relaxing."

"The check-in desk people were fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. They spoke fluent English. Shout out to Juilia who went out of her way to assist us in checking in and printing out our airline boarding passes and even completing required online paperwork for our cruise!
