"Parking to check in is very tight. I tried to check in early but wasn’t able to. My room was very nice, except for the badly soiled chair. It should have never left in room. I called staff and it was immediately replaced. Towels were plentiful and the decor was very nice.

"Clean and relaxing hotel. Stayed 1 night before joining a cruise out of the LA port which was only 20 mins away. Best part was the wet room, which was Japanese style with a deep soaking tub and shower next to it. Parking was easy and there were retail/food options nearby. Polite and courteous staff!"

"We’ve stayed here before, but this time the room was not clean. There was a hair on our shower, dust everywhere , and the outside was not well maintained. No elevator was available and we had a room on the third floor. This made it hard to get to with kids and an elderly adult."

"The property had the most gorgeous view of the pacific. I traveled with my friend and we both felt safe at this hotel! The staff held our bags for us until we could check in, and were very friendly! They also have a little coffee stand which was nice in the morning. I would definitely stay here again"

"Pleasant stay overall. Conveniently located in El Segundo - easy commute to/fro work place. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel provided free daily breakfast - simple yet sumptuous rotating between bacon, sausages, etc each other day. Front counter provided hot water, coffee, tea bags and hot cocoa for guests. Overall good experience. Be great if each room can still come with a kettle in addition to the coffee maker and optional for guests to receive disposable room slippers would made perfect...
