They kindly moved us from a room with a shower to a room with a bathtub without issue (our current apartment doesn't have a tub and we were desperately looking forward to being able to have a good soak. the tubwas sparkling clean). I also forgot my favorite socks upon checkout and they found them and mailed them back (I of course offered to pay for shipping because that was my oversight). The center of town is a very short walk away and is adorable....
