"Location was good and centralized.. staff were friendly but short-handed.. tv and hair dryers didn't work, and carpets were really super dirty, .. air conditioning units didn't display temperature.. the breakfast especially the egg discs were horrible..."

The room, property all was as expected, I enjoyed the stay, close to mall, shopping and places to eat, one small problem, my key card to room and access to the hotel, didn’t work properly. I had to swap at least ten times or more to get in. My room was on the back side, first floor, so I parked on the side, which meant I had to walk or drive around to front entrance in order to get in. "Stayed here for the first time. Close to the airport but it's not noisy at all. This hotel offers hot breakfast however they don't do pancakes and waffles Monday through Friday. Indoor swimming pool, 24-hour gym, free parking was a plus. Mountain view is beautiful!"

"Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Not in the best neighborhood and the security door to the hallway with guestrooms did not lock automatically. I have stayed here several times and the door hasn't functioned properly at any one of my stays. I continue to return because the staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, and it's a good value."

"I really loved this property. The rooms have been remodeled and maintained beautifully. The staff was lovely, very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was good, and I was surprised at how happy I was, after a two trip that included 8 hotels, to eat on ceramic plates with real silverware. The only downside for me was that the bed was hard, and actually had a bit of a sag on one side. My mother-in-law was with us, though, and her bed was great."

"It's right on I-5, but it's kind of odd to get to, and back on the freeway, so thank God for navigation. When it's busy, you may have a hard time parking near the doors to your area. Other than Elmer's, next door (which is great!), or Fred Meyer, around the corner, there is nothing close. No convenience stores, food, or much of anything else. The place is secure and pretty quiet, with indoor room access only. Rooms have all the amenities and free wifi. It's a bit pricey for the area, but not...

"While I was only there for a brief few hours overnight, it was a good experience hesitant at first was glad I stayed there front desk. Staff was very helpful and very appreciative for the upgrade."

"A very unique, vintage inn. Very pretty and comfortable, with smacks left for visitors. Coffee, tea were available with cups. No TV, but that was ok. E/V charging was available, too. Lovely place and surroundings."
