Buona soluzione ma la pulizia..

Complesso di appartamenti pratico e in buona posizione. Appartamento molto sporco. Abbiamo chiesto più volte di pulirlo ma alla fine non è stato fatto. Peccato perché con poco potrebbe essere molto meglio

Résidence récente au bord de la mer, dans Macinaggio, proche des commerces et des belles plages (situation géographique excellente). Surclassement (t3 au lieu d'un t2). Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique. Appartement spacieux, très confortable, propre avec terrasse vue mer. Parking gratuit. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous reviendrons. Un petit bémol : quelques fourmis dans l'appartement.

Etablissement correct

Séjour convenable, L'établissement est dans l'ensemble propre et bien situé. Par contre, les lits n'étaient pas faits, il n'y avait pas de papier toilette, ce qui dénote totalement par rapport au prix payé. Le personnel est disponible et sympathique, mention spéciale à la personne de la maintenance, qui n'hésite pas à donner des suggestions sur le village. Il y a beaucoup d'algues, pas vraiment conforme aux photos, mais la promenade jusqu'à la tour est agréable.

Agréable et très bien situé, mais pas de wifi

L'absence de wifi n'était pas prévue quand nous avions réservé. C'était un vrai problème, car nous avions précisé vouloir une connexion internet. Pour le reste, tout était bien: appartement confortable, donnant directement sur la plage, très proche du port et des commerces. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute.

Malgré toute la bonne volonté et la gentillesse de la personne de l'accueil, on sent qu'il y a un manque évident de personnel pour entretenir les extérieurs et les couloirs de la résidence. Au niveau du logement, la TV ne fonctionne pas alors qu'elle a été annoncée dans la communication. Le réseau WIFI est très faible et ne permet pas des connexions rapides. Un manque de signalétique à l'arrivée dans les rues adjacentes.

This property is right on the beach and next to a beachside restaurant and just a short walk to a cute village. The staff is very friendly, the living areas are comfortable, the the views are fantastic.

Location bellissima ci siamo stati anche a luglio e adesso.. a fine stagione il bagno ha bisogno di manutenzione.. cosa manca è un canale televisivo in italiano magari uno su 27..poi tutto ok grazie ci vediamo a giugno

Ottima posizione ma poco pulito

Residence in ottima posizione, davanti ad una spiaggia attrezzata con i giochi per i bambini, peccato sia una spiaggia di alghe. Comoda per fare trekking fino ad altre spiagge: 15 minuti a piedi fino al tamarrone, ed a 50 minuti fino a cala Genovese e Santa Maria. Da vedere, si raggiunge solo a piedi o in barca. Siamo rimasti delusi dalle tante spiagge di alghe! Acqua stupenda dovunque. Consigliato a chi piace camminare. Residence bello, ma poco pulito, con formiche in camera, i nostri amici addirittura un topino.

Bene, ma ...

Posizione bella. Soggiornato in appartamento di due camere e soggiorno. L’appartamento però non era perfettamente attrezzato. Mancavano molti utensili in cucina (mestoli, strofinacci, presine...). Il frigorifero perdeva acqua. Eravamo in 4, ma abbiamo ricevuto asciugamani per 3. Il bagno presenta un distributore di sapone liquido, ma era vuoto. Nella camera più piccola vi era la caldaia, a vista, a poca distanza dal letto. Solo un comodino aveva la luce di lettura. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. Inoltre il parcheggio non era sufficientemente grande e quindi, se si rientrava nel tardo pomeriggio, si era costretti a parcheggiare altrove. Qualcuno invece parcheggiava proprio sul varco di ingresso o in mezzo all’area di parcheggio, rendendo difficoltose le manovre agli altri. Il Wi-Fi funziona male ed a singhiozzo. Avevo già soggiornato in questa struttura lo scorso anno e l’avevo trovata meglio attrezzata è più pulita (anche l’apparta era migliore benché il prezzo di quest’anno sia stato più alto). Comunque gentilissima l’addetta alla reception. Merita per la posizione a pochi passi dalla spiaggia.

corsica selvaggia si! ma fino un certo punto, quando in spiaggia un gigante scavatore“fisso“scava le alghe depositate lungo la lunga spiaggia di altezza anche di 4 metri, con odore davvero sgradevole,per entrare e uscire dal acqua si riempie tutto il corpo dalla questa erba marina. nel appartamento fronte mare vasca da bagno scomodissima da fare la doccia , pregavamo per il tempo bello, perché dentro cera solo la tv francese e niente altro, per sfortuna anche il mare dovunque andavamo a cambiare le spiagge gemelle era pieno di meduse cattive, da dimenticare ..

Great mountain and sea views .

Clean modern apartment.Great views.Everything you need nearby.Only negative is that to get to the property there is very limited public transport,so you need to look in to this before you book.
