"Oh my goodness. Absolutely lovely place with everything you need. Washer and dryer, TV with Netflix was easy to use. Big bathtub for soaking along with a large shower. Pretty furnishings in line with the Arrowtown antique aesthetic. Simple to find location in walking distance of Arrowtown Main Street. "I’m very disappointed I stayed at this hotel. The location and facilities are decent but the rooms are small. What’s most disappointing is the service of the hotel staff. Instead of going out of their way to please the guests, they are very indifferent. I would never stay at a holiday inn again."

"Excellent accommodation option in Queenstown. Many options to chose from depending on the number of people and choice. We rented the standard Mountain View studio which can easily accommodate 4 people. It is very clean and fully contained with your own kitchen and bathroom. Towels and linens are clean too. Own parking is just outside the door. Many sports and leisure actvities for kids. Just 5 minutes to Arrowtown village and 20 minutes to and from the airport and Queenstown city centre. Staff...

"Beautiful place away from the business of Queenstown but still easy distance to shops, restaurants etc. nice staff, warm rooms etc. Nice to have a little shop in the lobby too. The only negative would be the car parking I’d say. They have a good number of hotel car parks but when they are full you’ll have to pay for council parking."

"The first one given to us was dirty, not inspected before being occupied by us because there are still clothes hanging from other guests, socks, lying by the laundry, dust all over the room. I will attach picture as evidence.."

"Staff were very lovely and so welcoming. There was no tv in the room so you need to borrow a projector if you want to watch anything. No instant coffee so bring your own and no facilities to cook. Just a jug and cups and spoons. The view is unbeatable but the door tracks were quite dirty. Great place to stay if you come prepared"
