"I loved the variety of items fo breakfast. The room was clean and most importantly, the towels were soft and not worn. The entryway leaves a lot to be desired. It should be kept up on a continuous basis throughout the day. The staff was exceptional 👏 "

"Staff very helpful, by phone in advance and in person upon arrival. Bar and restaurant were nice with several food options, lobby is clean and updated. Room was clean and basically updated. My only complaint was a small area of wallpaper peeling from a section of wall in bathroom. The shuttle to airport was on time and while we were only there for a short one night stay, I would recommend and use again for an early morning flight."

"Check in was ok as it was only for one night and most of it was done through Expedia. The best thing about this restaurant is the bar/ restaurant staff. We haven’t been to that location in a couple years, and the bartender/waiter remembered us. He is always friendly. The breakfast was great and the hostess at that time was amazing as well. Parking was fine although we were there later due to flight delays but still enough parking spaces available. "

"Check in was quick & easy. Front desk staff was friendly & polite. Rooms, especially bathroom, need to be updated, including hallways. Elevator was being replaced so only the stairs could be used. Free shuttle was very convenient and on time (3:30AM pickup). Overall an okay place to stay for 1 night for early morning flight. "

"The airport shuttle was available 24/7. It was convenient to wait for it for 15 minutes. The hotel was clean and just the perfect thing for an overnight stay before a very early flight."

"Swimming pool was out of towels, I inquired if there were more towels and I was given a sweat towel from the workout room and was told that was all they had and they use these when they are out of towels for the pool. The next morning the pool dirty towel basket was still full at 9am. They could have given me a room towel and not tried to hand me a hand towel to dry my daughter off with."

"The breakfast was disgusting the eggs were gritty and sausage was gross. My kids even said the muffins were disgusting. Eat the waffles you make yourself it's the only things decent to eat. The pool area was gross the floor is falling apart rust everywhere also so much chlorine all of our eyes were burning. The room was also not great. Went to slide the bathroom door and it came off its tracks we fixed it but come on. Also move the table to find a plug for my phone charger and man if your tables...

"Man at the desk at night I believe his name mark was a terrible clerk unfriendly I am eighty five years old I asked him for roll of toilet paper and he was un friendly he have an issue I will stay at 66 motel before I stay in your Hampton inn "

"Room was clean but looking a little worn. I think it’s waiting to be renovated."

"3 staff members said there be 2 shuttles since we had a party of 12. We paid for the stay and fly. Got to the lobby in the morning and there was only 1 shuttle. The staff member that was working apologized and said they only ever run 1 shuttle and didn’t have any idea why we would have been told different. Hotel is outdated but kind of neat that way. Our room didn’t have a working thermostat so it was cold when we got in and hot the morning we left. Bar in the hotel is cool and great service. "
