"Parking"

"Our overall experience at this hotel was great. The location was good. Discounts at nearby restaurants were available. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The pool was on the smaller size but honestly it was big enough to enjoy. The free breakfast was one the best ones I’ve ever had at hotels. The only thing was that the bathroom door was big and clunky. It was hard to slide close and open. But no complaints."

"Very good"

"Great"

"Quiet"

"Our room was great. We had a nice view of the ocean. Very small balcony with two chairs. AC and heat but also a fireplace. Great options. No tub but shower was nice and water was hot. The pool was not open due to repairs which was disappointing since it’s indoors and heated."

"Breakfast was good selection"

"First time n Boston we stayed here and it was perfect, friendly staff clean rooms and great breakfast, close to downtown without paying downtown prices, we couldn't have been happier 😊"

I appreciate a...

"I usually do not like to leave negative reviews but I feel I have no choice in the matter. I arrived for a 2 night stay in a King Harbor Suite on Saturday afternoon around 3:30pm. Check in was swift and effortless, but when arriving at the room, there was hair in the sink, a backed up sink, and 2 different types of stains on both the toilet and underneath the toilet seat. I went back down to alert the front desk of the issues. They then switched me to an Executive Suite, but when I arrived...

"Close to the airport"

"Our trip was at the end of October 2026. We stayed in a "cabin" room in the basement. There were no windows but we were expecting that. It was very quiet. Even in the fall, the room was stuffy, so we had to have the air conditioner set at 69 the whole time to have good air circulation. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the shelves of DVDs/VHS available to borrow. No need to check them out, just select what you want. They are located on the first floor. There was a lot of water volume for...
