Very clean, though it is an older property. No worries about heating/cooling or a very hot shower - you get the basics, but you get them in pristine condition.

Decent stay in Green River

Exceeded expectations

I needed an affordable overnight while travelling. This Travelodge exceeded my expectations. The checking was seamless (booked on hotels.com), The room and bed linens were clean. The bed was comfortable. Sure - its not a 4-Star luxury hotel - but for budget consious travellers it was surprisingly nice.

We will be back!

First time stay but we will be back. Reasonably priced. Nice walk to Penny's cafe. Only complaint would be the light above the sink/vanity was not working. And the bathroom fan was quite noisy.

There was a party outside while we were there, we never even heard them. They were polite and respectful. The room was clean and stocked well, I missed having a coffee maker but the diner was in the same parking lot. The staff was helpful and was able to upgrade to 1st floor accommodation for my disabled veteran husband. I will stay there again

Really hard to find the entrance. Place could use some refreshes. But overall it’s fine. Room is clean. The restaurant across the parking lot is cute and food is pretty good. Tunnel closure is huge impact. Tragic! And not permanent. The extra traffic should be gone in a few weeks!! It’s a great location - close to highway access.

The staff was nice. Weird odor when you walk down the hall to the room. The whole place had a creepy vibe with barely clean room. We walked in and walked out to another hotel. Didn’t even ask for our money back. Just got the heck outta there. I wouldn’t have my wife and daughter there one night

The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were very thin and old. We went to Walmart and bought some pillows. The bed had a thin sheet no blankets or spread. No coffee machine in the room. No breakfast as advertised on the website. The room was clean with no bad smells.

Accessibility issues

Checked in about 10 pm, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was about what you'd expect, price was a little higher probably due to an event in the nearby town but still reasonable. I was informed there is no coffee in the room or ice buckets. I booked an accessible room. The bed was pushed into the corner of the room so only 1 person had easy access to the queen bed. Bed was hard, pillows were too big to be comfortable for a side sleeper. No shampoo, contitioner or body wash provided in accessible room. There was a bench in the shower but no shelving or anything so showering was incredibly awkward and I didn't feel clean after. Also, if you have noise sensitivity, the fan and the light in the bathroom turn on with the same switch so be prepared to use your phone flash light. Staff was great, room seemed clean, just unfortunate timing having to pay more than normal for a room with so few amenities.

6/10- The staff was helpful & amazing, no complaints there. The hotel was conveniently located right off the freeway. There is a 24/7 open diner & a gas station down the road. However, the rooms don't look anything how they're advertised. They are very outdated, like late 80s/90s outdated. Although they're clean it smelt like a retirement home (not in a good way). I'm used to the Marriott, Hilton or other in that class hotels. Definitely not rich or self centered, but if thats what you're accustomed to, you won't enjoy your stay. It was just a quick night stay therefore I got what I paid for.
