The food in the cafeteria was very disappointing quality and staff were too busy though they were trying their best. Good location and easy parking on site which is a real bonus."

"It’s a small family hotel very close to Saint Teresa’s natal home church. Wish they had coffee cafe available early with perhaps a machine. Even though limited staff, Norma was very helpful and a sweetheart. On the negative side, there are no close restaurants or shops but the walk into the busier plazas was not bad at all and it was an easy walk to out the walls Lienzo Norte. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you to the owner 👏!!!"

"Great quality-price! The hotel is located in downtown Avila in a historical building. It does not have elevator. Breakfast is included, nice croissant and fresh toast with good coffee. Wifi works really well in rooms and public places."
