"Rooms are in need of a remodel. Pillows were awful. Furniture in room was pretty banged up. Everything just seemed so dark. A light would've been nice in the closet. I was also expecting more Elvis memorabilia throughout the hotel. Wish valet would offer assistance with bringing your luggage to and from your room. Didn't like having to sign into the wifi every single day on every device. Room cleaning service didn't seem to replenish kleenex, TP, toiletries as needed.
Gift shop was great. Pool...

"Staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the nearby neighborhood felt very safe and pleasant for walking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Mississippi River views. A wonderful stay in Memphis. The only minor issue was a slight odor in the elevator."

"This hotel was awesome. It's located within walking distance of a lot a attractions. The bar on the roof has a great view of the river and sunset. Will definitely be staying here again if I'm ever back in Memphis."
