"Clean room, nice atmosphere - the dark bathroom was my only complaint. It’s hard to put on makeup/do hair in the dark and there were no outlets near the only other mirror in the room. "

"No hot water the 1st night. Was told I’d get a 15% discount. We'll see. The second night was warm but not hot. Many many unsupervised kids in the hot tub and running the hallways. Food at green mill was great! Breakfast ok. "

"I hate leaving a bad review when the staff was so friendly—but this experience was bad enough that I feel I have to. We were initially assigned a room that was extremely dated and had a hot tub right in the sleeping area. Unfortunately, everything was covered in dust, the carpeting was dirty, and the bathroom had stains everywhere—even long strands of hair in the shower. I wouldn’t stay in that room under any circumstances. We went back to the lobby and requested a room change. Thankfully, since it was the low season, we were able to get a new room right away. The second room was in the updated section of the hotel, and while the décor was nicer, it still wasn’t properly cleaned. The baseboards were dusty, and the coffee machine was appalling. Since we were only staying one night, we made it work—but it was disappointing. I would have given this hotel negative stars if I could. That said, the staff was friendly and apologetic, and the location is great. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again."

"We had a family get together here for my son’s birthday so we had two rooms. Rooms were very clean, big, and comfortable. The pool was comfortable (I get cold really easy in pools), so it wasn’t the warmest but I lasted an hour or so. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. "

"Perfect overnight getaway! The roof top hot tub and patio are great. The restaurant is delicious and the restaurant manager was wonderful - so friendly and gave great recommendations. The handmade ice cream is amazing for dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "
