"My room was very clean as usual. My favorite thing about this property is the patio with the fountain. I wasn't in a room overlooking the patio this time but it was still lovely."

"Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. "

"We never received housekeeping service and after several requests, they brought us fresh towels and emptied the trash. The front desk staff didn't seem the least bit concerned and offered no apology."

"Sweet older lady and a guy working front desk was so nice and helpful but that one girl was very rude did not care about cleaning the pool the flies was everywhere in the lobby the alarms went off twice Friday night I was so exhausted and not happy with my stay 😩😩 not to mention the kids running down the halls and nothing was done about it"

"The pool only had 5 chairs, mostly broken; no shade. Pool water was somewhat cloudy. Breakfast hours are 6-9 in morning. Went down at 8:45 and nothing was left. They were not refilling eggs, biscuits, etc. we were there 2 nights and they would not make the popcorn either night. Rooms, especially the floors, needed a good cleaning."

"The property is quite grand. Valet parking is the only option - which is fine. There were 3 attendants at the Valet desk and not one of them came to my car or offered to help this 68 year old lady up the stairs with my suitcase!! Now- Saturday morning the valet attendant was wonderful. He took my suitcase to the car and was very friendly. My room was 83 degrees and the thermostat was broke. There was no remote for the TV AND I had to go to the front desk twice before the desk attendant came up...

"Room was large and relatively clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold (at 7:30am) and lots of the machines (juice, coffee) were out of order."

"Hotel was nice but the floors were sticky in our room, and we asked for extra pillows but the staff said they didn’t have any to offer. Breakfast options were very limited. Overall fine for one night, but wouldn’t recommend for longer stays."

"There is no pool and Nothing for breakfast...and they wont allow a refund even if you have 3 days booked u cant cancel any days they MAKE u stay horrible. They have an extended stay amd there were a lot of men around....will NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN. Also beds on poles my husband is 6'4 300 lbs didnt feel secure on bed we were afraid to sleep in same bed."

"In my rush to be somewhere early, I left behind two items. I called and they found them. I was able to drop by and retrieve them. Thank you for being so kind to help. The room was clean and the Staff was great- from check in to check out and back for my found items."

"Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and is a great halfway stop on the way to Destin. The staff was friendly, and the front desk lady was polite and tried to help. Unfortunately, our experience with the room cleanliness was disappointing. When we first used the restroom, we found the toilet seat dirty. We called the front desk, but since it was late at night, we were told there was no housekeeping available until the morning and no other rooms were available. Eventually, we were moved...
