"Everything about the facility was pretty good. The pool wasn't open. Would have been nice to gone swimming but other than that I will be staying here again and I would recommend them to anybody else"

"Our room had mold in the bathroom. also where the shower head comes out of the wall there was a big gap and we felt it may fall out. There was NO COFFEE in the lobby food bar on our last morning because there were no coffee filters. This should not ever happen!"

"Breakfast could have been better. Waffles were in packages. Scrambled eggs were hard. Muffins on sandwiches were dried. Carpets in the dining area needed cleaning. Rooms were fair. Control of the air conditioner was good."

"I have been to Hilton Southern Pines, NC before and enjoyed. This time I saw a few differences. Towels were SO inadequate for a Hilton hotel. Thin, with threads hanging , just not what you expect from a Hilton. For some reason, our room was not cleaned, bed not made and no fresh towels. The pillows were HORRIBLE, not sure why they changed their pillows but again, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. I wasn't there long enough to check out the rest of the hotel, but it did look...

"Upon arriving at front desk you are greeted by a friendly and respectful owner. Located in a quiet area, rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable for a goodnights sleep. Wi-Fi available, fridge and microwave, no breakfast but you are close to services close by."

"Best continental breakfast I have ever had!!! Very unique choices - kale omelettes, cheesecake muffins, everything tasted homemade. Everything was great except for the location of the shower and toilet. You have to slide sideways between the 2 in order to turn the shower on. Maybe if you have exceptionally long arms you would be more successful. Other than that, it was great. Staff was amazing."

"Elevator was broke , TV was broke , 1/2 the lights and 1/2 the plugs in the room was broke , the bench in the room was broke , the front cover feel off the AC unit on day one ."
