When I asked about secure parking she pointed up the hill. It was too much effort for her to show me how to use this seperate area. When I went there it was a delapadated fenced in area with no attendant. I ended up parking on the street. Not secure particularly in that northern section of town. That night we had...

"The neighborhood itself was a little rough and walking around required heighten awareness. The property was very secure. There were four doors and four keys to get it to the apartment. Three of them were iron security doors. Orlando was very accommodating and friendly and the little watch dog, I called Scooter, was a treat.
