"Beautiful hotel right in the entrance to the city center (cannot get closer than this). Beautiful lobby, great reception staff, amazing restaurant and a varied and high quality breakfast buffet. The staff was phenomenal in helping us with our bags as well as parking and retrieving our car."

"The pool was very nice overlooking the hills of Tuscany. The hotel has a nice ambience, rustic but very clean an updated. I like there were big windows that could open to a garden from the room. Getting around was a bit difficult even with a car. Very steep hills and is not so walkable. Very windy ..."

"Perfect location for day trips because it is a three minute walk to the train station, which is part of a mall with a big supermarket. The breakfast is wonderful, and the breakfast staff is friendly and kind. Our room was clean and modern with crisp linen. We would stay at Hotel Italia again."
