On arriving at the hotel after a four hour drive, the receptionist said there were not two rooms booked under my name, despite me showing her the reservation. She suggested I go away and contact Hotiday. Despite working with this company she said she did not have their contact details. She was incredibly unhelpful and finally, after about ten minutes of back and forth, she realised that the second...

"We found this place on the road after out itinerary changed. Pierolucca could not have been a warmer or more welcoming host. He was lovely. The rooms were basic but clean. 400 meters from the beach. Breakfast was wonderful if you have a sweet tooth and like homemade baked goods"

"Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful.. Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs. "
