"Did not stay long enough to experience the hotel fully"

"The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay."

"The room itself was clean and up to date. The hallway was not air conditioned or clean. There was the aroma of pot in the hallway at all times. The hotel is located right behind two gas stations and on a busy road. It was noisy. The breakfast left much to be desired. They had bread, but no toaster. Two cereals with one being almost empty and very little milk. While they had waffles available to be made there was nothing else offered but juice and coffee. "The hotel was very new and clean. Full size kitchen and fridge! Ample parking. Bed was good. Every thing seemed great. However, it didn't include breakfast. But the part that didn't work out for me was the internet connectivity. I don't know whether internet was bad for the whole building or not. I stayed in the higher level and it was like no internet at all. If you need to work while staying in the hotel, this hotel may not work out for you."

"Lora, at the desk was amazing. The room was clean but the air was a little musty and moist. Overall, the beds were comfy and we slept well."

"The building is very dated and was not worth the amount I paid. There were large water stains on the ceiling, mold in the bathroom, the sink stopper was missing, and overall it is just very dated. I would not have minded it for one night if the fee wasn't so much. The staff was very friendly upon check-in and check-out."

"My card continues to be charged by them and they will not give me a reason why. On the day of check out they charged me an extra $60. When I called and asked why, I was told it was a mistake and would be reversed in a few days. A few days later they charged me over $100 more. Continuing to try to speak to them and they cannot give me answer as to why it is happening."
