"The hotel is in a good location, unfortunately we only had our room cleaned once while staying four nights. The room was always pretty warm, I also requested to switch rooms because we had a door that had access to another room but they denied my request saying that they didn’t have any more rooms. We were awakened by the next door guest alarm every morning and snooze at least twice. For the price you are paying for this hotel, you should get better service. The swimming pool was dirty. I won’t recommend this hotel, look for another place."

"I had an unexpected trip out to Cincinnati because my elderly mother went to a trip and got sick and I had to fly out to get her. I took her to stay at this hotel for a day and a half while we waited for our flight to fly out, she rested recuperated and we went downstairs to the restaurant whenever we needed to eat it was absolutely lovely. It was a beautiful place to stay and we were so grateful for how kind and caring everyone on the staff was."

"Over all the stay was good. Staff was helpful upon check in and even allowed for early check in. Room wasn’t to bad. Spacious but could have been cleaner. Our only issue came when the pool was closed for maintenance- which is fine but I wish they would have told us upon checking as it was a more deciding factor for us when booking. When I reached out to Expedia about the situation the hotel Did infact lie not once but twice to the Expedia representative stating the pool Was open when it wasn’t. This is bad business and not a good look. They should have just been honest as it was very easy for me to prove I was telling the truth. So for this reason we will not return to this hotel."

"I booked the hotel because of its name Marriott. Upon entering, the customer service was poor, and the rooms had ants. I reported this to the staff, and they said, "Yes, we know the whole building has ants." There is no customer service. We asked for tiles and linens, and we had to wait until the next day for linens and come get our tiles ourselves. There is no friendly staff service, which was very disappointing."

"We have stayed at The Graduate in Cincinnati more than a dozen times. This stay we booked 2 rooms. The rooms themselves are great…comfortable beds and spacious living areas. However one room received room service the first day (making beds & straightening the bed), the other did not. We asked at the desk and they apologized and took down our room number. The 2nd night, the same thing happened, 1 room just towel service, the other, nothing. I don’t mind not having my bed made, but clean, dry towels are important when there isn’t a great place to let them hang to dry. Graduate, you can do better."
