"The property was updated and clean. The rooms were a good size and updated. The breakfast was decent. Parking was readily available. It was a short distance from the airport and about a 30 minute drive into downtown Detroit."

"This hotel is very convenient. The staff are all super friendly. The shuttle runs 24 hours. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is right. The breakfast is very nice and they have coffee and tea in the lobby even if you are catching a flight at 6 a.m.!! I will stay here every time I hage an early or late flight into Detroit."

"I stayed 1 night in the King Suite. Overall I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly, the property was well kept, and the room was nice. The only small issue was I had a difficult time releasing the bathtub drain and both the drainage for the tub and sink was a little slow. Otherwise, no complaints. "

"Couldn't get hold of transport when flight came in late at night. Started doubting. On drive over website said last check in at 12 - flight in at 12:30 but did tell 2 different staff we were coming in late. Worried we weren't going to have the room we reserved. SARAH was amazing, no attitude, no blame, no "why didn't you". It was such a relief on how she treated us, it was emotional! She was awesome. We troubleshot the issue to get to the bottom of it. Just truly a great Manager. ...

"On arrival checked room and found several lights that did not work. Also observed that the fan in the bathroom was not working. I let the front desk know but nothing was ever done to repair the problems. The next day when we tried to use the shower we discovered that the hot water worked great but the cold water was also hot. The problem also showed up at the sink so there was obviously a plumbing problem. We could not take a shower because the water was too hot. The toilet seat was also I...

"It’s a very nice hotel and my room was very clean with nice amenities and furniture. Very trendy and modern and a comfortable bed. I give the staff I met excellent ratings. All were very kind. I arrived late due to a direct flight cancellation and rebooking through Cleveland. With an early AM meeting I turned in to get some much-needed rest. Unfortunately, my room was across from people who were talking lousy or arguing, I couldn’t tell. I called the front desk and the night manager on 5/10...

"It was an overall good room for the price! We only had one trash can which was weird, and it was a recycling can with no bag.. The wifi was also super bad. I ended up using my data the entire time. But for the price, I was satisfied. It’s a good location."
