"The room was filthy, the hair dryer was broke. We had to put the batteries from the air conditioner remote into the TV remote. The vanity top was cracked, only 1 small garbage can was available. Needless to say, we will never be back. "

"When we first got to the room, there was loose candy and wrappers and other garbage on the floor and food in the chair, from the previous guests. It appeared the only cleaning of the room which had been done before our stay was to make the bed, replace trash can liners, and to quickly wipe down the surfaces and place a new bar of soap in the bathroom. "Parking is across street, not convenient for checking in and out. Elevators are only available with your key card and only one of two worked. No stairway access to rooms so even lower floors need to use the elevator and when one was out it took 10 minutes to get up to your room. Parking is extra $5 per day."
