We were there just for a night, and had to leave at 3 am to catch a flight from Bradley airport. I had only one request, that the room be as close to the main entrance as possible. "Staff very pleasant and helpful. The property is undergoing renovations which wasn’t mentioned in the booking information or I would have never booked there. We were given a non-renovated room and asked for a renovated room which we moved to the next day (big mistake). Third floor had no carpeting in the hallways and the room which was supposed to be redone and the only thing different than the non-renovated was vinyl flooring instead of carpet. No hair dryer or ironing board in the room. The...

"There was not staff at the front desk. We could not get into the room because the room card did not work. No staff was to be found. No one answered the phone. We knocked on the office door. No body answered."

"Propert was clean, our room had a few minor issues, furniture needed maintenance. Breakfast is a grab n go. Coffee and nutrigrain bar. No milk so mindful if you drink tea, coffee mate was only available. Check-in is very restricted to 3pm. With rooms having kitchens, lots of cooking smells filter through the hotel. Staff were helpful, and friendly. Would stay again."
