Hotel Dekat Rivercrest Park

"The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved that each room has its own garage to pull into. Between the amazing bed and jacuzzi tub, this was one of the most relaxing rooms we have stayed in. There is also a large walk in shower in the room. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely make the drive to come in the future. The only possible improvements I suggest would be flavored creamers for coffee in the morning and maybe fresh fruit in the basket you get for...

"Great location, you can walk to restaurants and shops. The elevator was broken, not a huge deal since there are 2 - I didn’t mind the stairs. The only thing I can really say negative was that we didn’t get any cable channels…. I had to log into Netflix with our personal account. The room was clean. The couch was kinda grimy with stains- we didn’t use it. Staff was nice."

"The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there. "Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend "

"The breakfast was pretty standard. My biggest complaint was the confusion with the checkout process. They added a charge for incidentals which was confusing as well as difficult to get straight on my charge card."

"There was no one there when we arrived. We waited in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes and someone finally came in. Went to the room and it wasn't even cleaned. The pillows were on the floor, the pillow cases were laying on the bed. She gave us a new room. I just don't know how a room here with a king bed gets a 9.2 excellent rating on expedia. We have been traveling a little lately and 2 out of 4 supposed excellent hotels were not very good. "

"The room wasn't really clean. The tub had brown liked liquid on the side. Long black hair on the floor, in the fridge. There was garbage, used q-tips,plastic leftovers from snacks..., behind the cabinets. The pool doesn't seem really clean. The breakfast was decent and the staff was nice. "

"Hotel itself was clean. The pool had broken stairs on the ladder. Informed the front desk and the next morning it was closed so couldn’t use it again on our stay. Paid for breakfast ahead on our stay. Breakfast was decent tasting. Waited for toast to come until after our meal was cold and almost done and the toast was dry and cold with 1 slice which seamed odd."
