"If you are a non-smoker, do yourself a favour and skip this place. The hotel uses central air conditioning and the rooms on the non-smoking floor (level 7) smell musky with a stale cigarette stench. We had 3 rooms in my group and all the rooms were the same even when we changed rooms. In addition, most of the service staff were non-Japanese, they could not communicate well and did not appear to be well trained and quite rude. "1つの施設で5種類の泉質の温泉（温度調整目的での若干の加水はあるようですが、基本かけ流し）が1か所の大浴場で楽しめるというのは非常に魅力的です。チェックイン直後、夜、翌朝の3回楽しみました。お部屋はロビーからは最も近いけど浴場からは一番遠い南館でしたが、お部屋は非常にきれいで清潔で満足です。朝食のみ館内でいただきましたが、地元の食材を利用したメニューも多く、こちらも満足です。再訪したい場所です。"

"Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation."
