"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However the hotel is old and clearly needs updating. No USB sockets in the room for convenience, nor any double beds or double sheets available! The balcony has unvarnished wood that is starting to break off in splinters too."

"Everything was wonderful from the perfect location close to everything walking distance to restaurants, delicious breakfast included in the hotel and many things to choose from, the staff was very kind and helpful and made us feel so welcomed. The hotel has its own parking lot which was perfect for our rental car. We stood in the suit which had amazing panoramic views of the mountains and the lake. Overall we had a wonderful stay. There is a laundry room in the basement you can use for a 3 euros fee per washer and dryer."

"Staff and and room were excellent. A bit difficult to navigate to but we made it. Parking was not on premises as we were lead to believe but it wasn’t far and the parking facility was very nice, safe, secure. Great location for a stay in Riva del Garda. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. It’s conveniently located, the food was excellent, and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly, which made it a bit warm. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful—I just wish we could have stayed longer."
