Nice hotel. According to the staff - only open a year ago. We arrived at 6am and a member of staff let us in and checked into the room (the room was booked from the day before and we prewarned them about our schedule). Generally staff was friendly and helpful Breakfast was at one of cafes next door, but one cafes was not open till VERY late and the other provided a limited service. We hope the hotel will organise their own breakfast facility, as otherwise we liked the hotel, and they do have space for that.

Beautiful new boutique hotel in the heart of Rishon. Clean, comfortable room with amazing shower and nice amenities including robes, slippers, shower and bath stuff. Lovely people. Would stay anytime!

Really beautiful but compact for short stay.

We stayed here for the night before our early flight out of Ben Gourion. The hotel is gorgeous. So beautiful and elegantly decorated, lovely courtyard where we had drinks and nibbles. The location right in the mall was brilliant. The room itself is very small but we didn’t need to unpack and it served our purpose well. Great restaurants and convenience stores right nearby.

Perfect little place to rest

This is a wonderful 6 month old hotel. Breakfast was not included but they offered me food. They were having food donated i assume because of the war declaration. They were very thorough to make sure i knew where the bomb shelter was. We used it once but it may have been a false alarm. They have a small parking lot which is fantastic for Tel Aviv. The rooms were beautiful, i would have liked to have stayed longer but had to rush down south to leave the country. The surrounding area was nice with a nice park across the mall. I wish them continued success and pray the war does not ruin it for them.

First the Pro's. Very esthetically pleasing. Very cool building and the setup/layout is great. Modern touches everywhere inside and good A/C and shower. Downside to that is that the outlets and lights that were bedside did not work and when charging my phone at bedtime hours, I had to get up and walk across the room at every notification versus just reaching over to get my phone. Also the wifi was non-existent during my stay and the connectivity through my cellular service was very poor. Fixtures in the bathroom have a lot of wear to them. Toilet didn't flush properly as well. Parking!!! This also goes hand in hand with staff service. I do have to say the staff I dealt with in person were VERY friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. The one issue I do have is that in messaging the property prior to my arrival to ask about the parking went unanswered. The hotel entrance is in a pedestrian only area with shops and cafés só you can not drive right up to the entrance. I had to drive around for 30 minutes in an unfamiliar area so I could park 2 blocks away and walk to check in. I tried calling for directions during this time and got disconnected. Driving in the city with my navigation going made it difficult to call back as well as there was nowhere to park to make the call. It would have been a nice gesture for them to have called me back, but oh well. Once I checked in, I was given instructions to the lot and how to get through the gate.

It’s by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Israel. The personal is very friendly and helpful, room’s decoration and furniture is of 5* star hotel. Coffee and snacks in the lobby are outstanding. The patio is lovely and cozy and worth special mentioning.
