"Ficamos hospedados no quarto 304 e não recomendo! O quarto tem um odor horrível, como se algo tivesse molhado e não secado, ficando um odor de chulé bem forte, solicitamos a limpeza, que foi apenas jogado “bom ar” para disfarçar o odor, e obviamente nada adiantou, chegamos a perguntar para a camareira porque o quarto cheirava tão ruim, nos foi informado que o odor é habitual, ou seja, só fazem algo paliativo para disfarçar. "Já estive no hotel algumas vezes. As acomodações melhoraram muito, o parque é muito bom e seguro, ótimo para crianças e adolescentes.... mas o serviço coloca tudo a perder. No feriado de carnaval entre estadia e consumo gastamos aproximadamente R$ 20.000,00, mas o serviço é incompatível com o valor. "

"- Staff were very friendly. - Breakfast and dinner that was included was nice, everything menu slightly changing was great. - Pool would have been nicer if it was warmer. - Collecting the scavenger (missao) hunt prize was not very clear so our son missed receiving his prize at the end of the trip (we were told to text on whatsapp but we found out the day we left that we had to collect at a different hotel) - Sink area in the hotel room's bathroom sink had black gunk/mold around the back area of the faucet. I cleaned it myself since we were already unpacked with 5 people's luggage. - ALL OTHER WERE AMAZING. "
