"The pool was not that clean but room was clean. "

"Room was clean. The only reason it did not get all five stars is had a few cracked floor tiles in the room. It didn't bother anything the tiles. Also room had a little wear but nothing major.We did not have any conditioner in the shower and a light bulb was out in our room. Front desk said they would send maintenance but it never did get fixed. Pool was clean. Everything you needed was right there. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Loved this place."

"The staff wasn’t very helpful, when we arrive said we owed some more money after I already paid was told it was because if we didn’t show up, the place wasn’t clean, had mold, etc"
