The Ibis Hotel

The Ibis Hotel in Rio De Janeiro has mosquitos in my Hotel room I paid for. I was bitten by mosquitoes many times. The other Ibis Hotel near the Airport also had mosquitos in the Hotel lobby.

The staff was not friendly. They did not let us check in even forty minutes before the official check-in time. We only needed the room for three hours, and that forty minutes would have been a big help since I had a video call at work. I ended up taking the call in their restaurant, as the lobby just had one couch, which was already taken. There were two desks as well. One was occupied, and they were so close to the reception and distracting.

Gostei muito de tudo, cafe muito bom e variado, inicia as 6h, que para o objetivo da hospedagem foi um ponto muito bom!! Quarto bem cheiroso e cama confortável. Um único ponto negativo somente para quem sabe ser observado e providenciado é o cheiro de mofo assim que saimos do elevedor no corredor do segundo andar onde ficamos. Muito cheiro de mofo, acredito que no tapete. Fora isso, tudo excelente!

O hotel é ok, porém peca em alguns pontos. A torneira do banheiro por exemplo estava vazando e quando aberta, molhava toda a pia. O chuveiro estava espirrando agua para todos os lados, molhando a parte externa do box. O serviço de garagem é bem confuso, pois em horario de pico, os manobristas se perdem nos carros que precisam pegar.
