"Inchecking, was terrible. No room for early or late checkin regarding flight arrival or departure. They have communication through whatsapp, but much delay in response. They will reply, but there's nothing they're actually able to help you with. Bathroom is so small that you have to stand either in the shower or with one foot on each side of the toilet in order to close the door. Facilities it self are good, once you're able to survive the checkin. I would not book this again however. Worst...

"Fin og lys leilighet. Et kjøkken med det man trenger bl.a. kjøleskap, kokeplate og Nespresso maskin. Fint bad. Velutstyrt treningsrom i leilighetsbyddet, et basseng og en større jacuzzi med solsenger ved. Hyggelige folk som jobbet i resepsjonen. Det var også mulig å kjøpe frokost på stedet til tross for at det ikke sto det var mulig i annonsen. Denne kostet 60 BRL og var helt okei, men fint å ha muligheten! Beliggenheten er veldig bra på Ipanema med umiddelbar tilgang til Stranden. "

"I love this hotel! This is my go to when in Rio, which is quite often. The staff is my favorite part, I now have great friends there! Lol the rooftop pool is spectacular, along with the beautiful restaurant. And the breakfast space is so incredible with the best views ever!!! Perfect location, beautiful views, and I love it! The addition of having their own specific area on the beach with a bar, towels, and free chairs and umbrellas is amazing! highly recommend!!"

"The concierge staff led by Mr Danilo and Guest relations staff were excellent. The breakfast was ok. It had plenty of fruits and an omelette station. Other than that they also provided detoxifying green juice (only when asked). The pastries were kept in a separate area long with coffee and that whole place was very unhygienic. R era son being, people used their bare hands all the time to pick their pastries instead of the utensils and some of them after touching with their bare hands and their kids bare hands placed them back for others to consume. The Hyatt staff were not doing anything about it. I tried all the restaurants and the service was good. Food was good as well. One big complaint i have is that except for the concierge and some front desk folks noone spoke English and that was extremely hard"

"Excelente limpieza, ubicación, servicio personal atento y las instalaciones muy buenas 3 jacuzzis deliciosos 2 piscinas 1 temperada en el roof top piso 39 y otra en el 4 ambas con excelentes vistas, me hicieron upgrade compre habitación sin vista y me dieron una con una lindisimo vista al mar en el piso 37 Bellisima el desayuno muy bueno en fin todo estuvo expectacular definitivamente volveria"

"Staying in this hotel was a good decision. Very good location, helped us to arrive to all points of interest in Rio Janeiro very fast, most of the time walkable distance, or with very low taxi expenses. Personal very kind and ready to help. Complimentary breakfast very nice with good options, just little crowded so make sure to arrive in time. The restaurant area, because so crowded, missed little bit more cleaning. Rooms were comfortable and pretty clean, with some minor damages like the door of the bathroom not able to close, but in general in pretty good conditions. The hotel also has a parking lot next to it, very convenient for us that rented a car to go to Arraial do Cabo. I definitely recommend the hotel."

We were staying just for one night and they both made sure we felt home. Hotel is well located and offer an of the chart breakfast. Pool is located on the roof with superb view. "Good location and a staff that was, for the most part, friendly, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to Maria da Saúde and Rosângela from Housekeeping for taking such great care of our room, and to Renata at the Front Desk for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, our experience with Veronica, who appeared to be the Front Desk supervisor, was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, she barely acknowledged us, avoided even basic eye contact, and came across as dismissive and arrogant. Her attitude was not what we expected from a luxury hotel. We paid almost US$500 for an extra night simply to keep a room until the evening before our flight. Even then, after a nine-night stay, we were told we had to change rooms because ours was needed for another guest. It wasn’t the room change itself that was disappointing, but the complete lack of flexibility and consideration from management. Room 1234, especially the bathroom, is also in need of renovation and does not reflect the standards of a luxury hotel. While the staff made every effort to provide excellent service, the management’s handling of our stay fell well below the level of hospitality expected from the Fairmont brand."
