"First, this is NOT a hotel. These are two rooms in a stand alone building on the beach. The upper floor over the rooms are a gutted building, full of junk and pigeons. The doors on the room do not close properly and have a gap of about an inch. So, we woke up in the morning full of mosquito bites - not cool. There was no hot water. The room developed a terrible sewage spell, which the staff worked hard at getting rid of, but it did nothing to enhance the stay. This place is nowhere near Crucita...

"The property is brand new and the rooms are decent, but the service needs serious improvement. Staff seem inexperienced, and everything moves slowly. Before arrival, I was told taxes and a hotel insurance fee weren’t included and would be collected at check-in. However, when I arrived, no one knew the correct amount to charge. With better training and clearer billing procedures, this could be a much better stay."
