Nice little beach and comfortable apartment. It is located next to a local trailer park with roosters that will wake you up in the morning. I think it adds to the experience but may bother some. They provided coffee and a set of basic plates and utensils suitable for 2 people. 2 towels, and 1 bathrobe, no wash cloths. For one nicht this seemed a little overpriced but I am guessing the weekly price is much better. It was nice to watch the sunset and sunrise from this spot. Only real complaint is that we had to sign multiple sets of agreements that were largely redundant. Probably wouldn't be as bothersome if it wasn't a last minute booking.

It was a perfect spot for us to stay for the night. Right on the beach and no hotel check in, I did it right from my phone. Even did a little snorkeling in the morning.

Beautiful, clean, right on the beach with easy and free parking. The shower was hot and full blast. We will return to Rincon and skip San Juan next year. People are so incredibly friendly here.

This little gem is literally on the waters edge. It is a beautiful beach! Sunset is exquisite!!! Cozy place to stay and thoughtfully stocked. The staff were so sweet and helpful. I absolutely loved staying here! There are a couple chickens who got rowdy in the night 😂

We loved staying here! We were only there a night, but falling asleep in a huge, comfy bed to the sounds of the ocean waves was so wonderful. Truly, the most comfortable bed of our whole trip. The space was fantastic and we were glad it came with parking too. We did have to be a bit proactive to get check in information because things were not automatically sent to us but once in contact, the property was responsive and helpful. We would surely stay here again!

Although wasn’t so easy got to the apartment at night, the apartment is incredibly nice. The neighbors were so nice and the beach was so beautiful that we decided to stay one additional day!! Excellent service!Well recommended!!!

No one on-site. Checkin phone took multiple attempts before picking up followed by extra charges and request for additional info. HAZARDS: Coffee machine cable is burned/shorted and will cause serious electrical shock if guest plugs it in. Beach is pretty with small waves but has a strong undertow so especially dangerous for children or poor swimmers. Otherwise clean and attractive.

Disappointed

The location was great pictures are exactly what it looks like. But the shower was dirty and full of hair, the towels had hair and were dirty. The shades were dirty as well. I spoke to services about it they did absolutely nothing about it. It’s sad because the place has potential but the cleaning service was horrible and then they acted like they didn’t care. I wasn’t asking for much just new towels or at least to discount the cleaning fee and they ignored me. So if you want a clean bathroom and clean towels, look elsewhere.
