"Our room was a studio suite on 3rd floor. Our air conditioner was dropping such much water that there was a small pool on the floor. On the third time to try to have it fixed, we finally agreed with the maintenance guy to shut it down and not use it. The kitchen area, stove top (greasy)and appliances blender and coffee machine were NOT clean. Had to leave a note for housekeeping. The bed was comfortable but there should be night tables and lamps instead having to use overhead lights. We had to share our balcony with the next room. Luckily it was not a smoker or a loud person. However the person on the other side of the wall, their smoke was not pleasant. The location of Los Picos and price per night was very good. We would definitely return. "

"Had to do a little walk to get to the ocean, walking across the street. No big deal if you don't mind walking, as the street has basically no traffic. Food was good, had a few issues with a couple of the servers, but no big deal. Rooms were big and cozy, property was in really good conditions, no issues whatsoever with room services. They have plenty of restaurants to pick from, but you have to remember to make reservations early in the morning because they fill up pretty quick and you have to do it on a daily basis. Otherwise, you'll be stuck with the buffets, which are not bad and they have two of them. Good variety of food. Two problems, though. They have plenty of pools, but they close them at 6 pm, which I never heard of. I didn't mind it that much because I love jumping in the ocean and I barely use the pool, but sometimes I like to go in the pool for a few minutes before getting ready for dinner. Other hotels usually stay opened until 8 or 9 pm. And my other main issue was that I made reservations through Expedia for 3 couples. And when I arrived to the hotel, they only found a reservation for one of the couples (not even mine) using the confirmation I received from Expedia. I was kind of mad because they say they had no way of knowing we were coming together and they oit us on separate areas. I don't see the point on making a reservation through Expedia if there's no communication among them. Bad experience that way and barely any help"

"They were having power problems so no ac or lights . The beds are very hard as well made it difficult to sleep."

"Not used laundry. Property was very, vety clean. Breakfast was very good each day."

"No power for a couple of days on and off. No water for a day.Understandably it happens but not one staff member came around and explained. They were nice though once you asked them. Would I stay there again? No. "

"The Torreblanca was good value, the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was a 5 out of 10, not bad just mediocre. There was a group of 70+ year olds that were out every morning around 7-7:30 taking over the best beach chairs. Not sure why there wasnt any one managing that? Over all everything was clean and quiet. "
