"First the room it showed online didn't say it was second floor. It showed in pic a sliding ground floor room . I'm 73 and my purpose in my 1 night stay was a medical appointment with a internal medical practitioner. My balance is poor and I'm ashmatic . Thats the reason why I chose to stay at the Comfort Inn for a ground floor room . My wife had to carry our luggage up the steep short stairs while I struggled with my balance and ashma to get to our room . Then when we checked the morning of February 12 / 2026 . Between 9:00 -9:15 it was snowing so my wife went to move our Suv closer to the entrance to make it easier for me and the male staff came running out shouting to her that she could not park where already 2 other cars were parked so she obeyed politely and parked way from the front of the builing no where near the canopy entrance no where near the already 2 cars parked wherebshe was instructed to park on side of motel lot where no other cars were. I came out got on my suv my wif3 cleaned snow off warmed vehicle. She went to get on passenger side fell on hard ice and snow and hurt her self before even opening her passenger door. This whole outdoor very rude incident should be viewed at that date and time . I previous mentioned above . Now me and my wife need reservations to stay in Miramichi for a few days to enjoy our granddaughters sweet 16 birthday weekend family event at the end of this month and our Daughter wants us to book our stay at another. Unbelievable "

"⭐ 1/5 - État de propreté inacceptable Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. L’état de la chambre était absolument déplorable et ne respecte pas les normes minimales d’hygiène. Problèmes constatés: • Murs sales avec taches et traces de moisissure visibles • Joints de silicone autour du lavabo et de la baignoire complètement dégradés, noircis et moisis • Surfaces mal entretenues partout dans la chambre • Propreté générale inexistante • Installation visiblement vétuste et négligée J’ai documenté tous ces problèmes en photos. C’est inacceptable pour un établissement qui accueille des clients payants. L’hygiène de base n’est manifestement pas une priorité ici. Pour le prix payé via Expedia, on s’attend à un minimum de propreté et d’entretien. Cette chambre aurait dû être rénovée ou au moins correctement nettoyée avant d’accueillir des clients. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Passez votre chemin et choisissez un établissement qui respecte ses clients et les normes sanitaires de base. Date du séjour: Février 2026"
