Good location

It was a wonderful location. If you like music, the DJ of the restaurant plays regularly and brings ambiance. The place is safe, clean and the kitchen has many useful tools.

Charming and spacious, great location

Lovely spacious apartment right in the heart of the old town. It was a little noisy but I would expect this due to the location and it didn't go on too late. Good facilities and fridge in separate room. Great to relax in and comfortable after a day sightseeing. Nice big windows with view of the charming rooftops

Nice stay, but won’t come again

The apartment is in the very centre of Riga Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops around. It’s nice, modern and clean. Would be nice to have some curtains, as the current ones do not protect from any light. It’s also very noisy pretty much all the time, so one definitely needs good earplugs. We also were surprised that they apply fines if dirty cups or dishes are left.

Centrally located. Safe. Rooms big enough. TV didn´t work at all time despite our requests to get it function. Noboby came! No coffee maker nor toaster. Only one roll of toilet paper for 5 people for one week!

Lage Top. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin etwas schleppend. Musste nach Ankunft erstmal das Bett reparieren. Obwohl wir für 5 Personen gebucht hatten waren nur 3 Betten vorbereitet. Da hätte ich für die Preisklasse etwas mehr erwartet. Das Frühstück wurde im anliegenden Restaurant angeboten. Zeitfenster zw. 11 ubd 13 Uhr. War dann doch etwas gewöhnungsbefürftig. Sauberkeit und Gesamzeindruck der Wohnung soweit ok. Im Nachhinein hätte ich aber für fas gleiche Geld auch ein Hotelzimmer bekomen können.

Central large excellent apartment.

Excellent apartment in superb central location. Clean and well equipped. Easy check in and fortunate to have a 2 hour extensions to check out. Bathroom is small and a bit of a shame that the toilet isn't separate - a bit of a scrum with 6 using only one bathroom and toilet! However this didn't spoil our trip! Vouchers given for 20% off at several restaurants, 2 of which we visited - excellent.

A very cozy place, felt like home, new, fresh, comfortable. Very understanding hosts: let us check in earlier as the apartment was ready. Perfect location - close to everything, right in the centre of the Old Town.

Ok room and location but otherwise not so great

Not so easy to find as there is no name plate on the building. We then tried to use the internet but couldn’t log on. We had to phone the next day and the lady said to use any of the listed log ins. We then went to have our breakfast which was included in the price but it was not open and the same the next day. A free breakfast should not be claimed for this property. The room is very nice and well located however there was a lot of noise on our second night not from outside but from people shouting to each other within the building, very noisy.

Perfect location and great facilities

Great flat, wonderful location. It is right in the centre and therefore there is some “city centre noise”, but the glazing is great and we had a 2 year old who went to and stayed asleep without any issues. Perhaps a concern if you are a really light sleepee

Fantastic

These apartments are fantastic. Excellent location, brand new and really well decorated. Despite central location the windows are really effective at noise reduction and the fan was a nice touch for warm summer nights. The owners are best reached via WhatsApp and can help with anything. Highly recommended

Ziemlich neu, tolle Möbel, gute Ausstattung und viel Platz. Super Lage direkt in der Altstadt, daher kann es nachts etwas lauter sein, aber wenn Fenster geschlossen sind ist es ok. Ich würde wieder buchen!

Fantastic

Everything was great. Hotel is located in the heart of Riga so there was noise but we were prepared for that, and that is the reason why we picked this hotel its central location.

Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt i gamla stan. Nära till diverse trevliga restauranger och butiker. Trevlig värdinna! Det negativa var att det inte fanns någon reception, samt att man var tvungen att ringa när man skulle checka in. Var man tidig fanns ingen reception att sitta och vänta i, ej heller vid utcheckning. Ingen aircondition på rummet, vilket gjorde att det blev varmt under större delen av dygnet. I övrigt fräscht och modernt med möjlighet för att laga egen mat, vilket är perfekt för alla typer av resor!
