"We missed the breakfast because we were jetlagged. The honey scented amenities were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Overall good experience but not exceptional. It was overpriced for the experience. But it was in a good location. The status on Expedia said we would have a complimentary drink per adult guest but that was not offered. Kettle in room did not work, neither did the outlet to charge our phone. Also we tried calling the front desk for room service, no one picked up. Overall I would not pay this price again for this experience. It was average at best. "

"Great location. The hotel is very laxking in any ammenities. It is an office floor in a commercial building that were refurbished cheaply to be a "hotel". Not family friendly. Very Very Very uncomfortable bed, hard and knotty. We didnt have Wifi for almost half a day. There is no privacy, you can hear EVERYTHING from all the other rooms. For the price I would recommend another hotel"

"Nice enough place, right across the street from the train station which is convenient. The issues that I had for our room are the wifi was extremely bad, there were no glasses or coffee maker in the room, the bathroom had no exhaust which left the mirror and walls very wet and the bathroom lighting was very poor, I had to use my phone’s flashlight while getting ready. "

"The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "

"Pleasant enough, but I felt it was quite pricey for what you get. Be mindful to check when the pool is available, I opted to stay here and pay a little more because they had a pool but it wasn't accessible early April (and typically when we went, there was a heatwave so it would have been nice). Hairdryer kept cutting out when you used the hotter setting, lift broke down 2/4 days we were there. The complementary toiletries could have been a better quality. But all that said, location is perfect for access to metro and buses, not to mention one of the main attractions, the coloseum, the staff are friendly enough and the cleanliness was good enough to keep someone like me who has OCD happy. Also staff tried to shuffle things round to locate the two rooms we booked, close together."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional, friendly, accommodating, and helpful—they even allowed us to check in before 3 PM, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is modern, and the room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. It felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. There were a couple of minor downsides. The walls seemed a bit thin, as we could hear other guests talking in their room. Our room was on the first floor, and the internet was slow and would often disconnect. In terms of location, it’s not right in the city center, but there is a bus stop close to the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center and historical sites. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. "
