The staff rudely turned my husband away saying that they didn't have any rooms and refused to hear him out when he repeatedly said that he had a reservation. He was not able to get into this room until very late that night after shift change when a more reasonable person was at the front desk.

The Jefferson Hotel
This is one of the most impressive historical hotels we have experienced and this includes the Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC. The history and architecture is unbelievable. The staff, exceptional, along with the services provided during our time at the hotel. The brunch, delectable.
