"I tried contacting you to discuss this relocation due to a let down on a prior booking in the Galle Fort area but your system doesn’t allow it. I appreciated the efforts of the advisors to help me secure another but it was a poor choice. No wifi TV that only allows playback via devices Made for very lonely evenings. Bathroom and kitchen areas could with daily cleaning - sink was not very pleasant.lLikewise bedding/towel could have fresh each day. Electrics in the bathroom not sure how safe....

Our room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and we were even upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. "For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing. On top of this Mr Panduka and the entire staff were exceptional, very discreet but always available and just very nice. "What a truly exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were truly fantastic with our 3yr old daughter. In particular Udaya went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble at all. Our only negative was that we didn’t stay here longer! If we return to Sri Lanka this will be hotel booking number1 for me and my family! "
