"I tried contacting you to discuss this relocation due to a let down on a prior booking in the Galle Fort area but your system doesn’t allow it. I appreciated the efforts of the advisors to help me secure another but it was a poor choice. No wifi TV that only allows playback via devices Made for very lonely evenings. Bathroom and kitchen areas could with daily cleaning - sink was not very pleasant.lLikewise bedding/towel could have fresh each day. Electrics in the bathroom not sure how safe....

"10/10 hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone. It’s so incredibly beautiful with such lush tropical vegetation throughout the whole hotel. The rooms are huge, beautifully presented with everything you need. The service is amazing, with such friendly and helpful staff at every corner of the hotel. Nothing is too much for anyone here!
