Cigarettes outside the door and on the windowsill, food droppings in the refrigerator, the sheets on both beds had stains and hair on them and the top comforters had clothing sticker and dried food on them ( I dont think they EVER wash them!) Clean room and quiet compound. The book did say there was continental breakfast at 7am, but we are guessing winter hours are different. Very cute and modern! The pizza place on site is good as well.
