"This is my second visit to this beautiful hotel! When I arrived yesterday, I was warmly greeted by Carolina, who remembered me from my stay in February. Her customer service is truly outstanding, and she made me feel so welcome. The room was ready, and I was overwhelmed with joy with the beauty of my room, with a beautiful view of the lake. Hotel Belvedere has a lovely lido, where you can sunbathe n enjoy swimming in the lake. The pool and wellness center is gorgeous. The staff is amazing, and I hope to return to this beautiful hotel every year. Thank you Carolina, and entire staff for making this feel like a second home in Switzerland!"

"We have just returned from Switzerland after staying 2 nights at the hotel end of last week. Checkin and checkout were both very quick and efficient and the staff were wonderful especially at checkin. Maryam at reception was very helpful. We had arrived very early but wanted to leave our luggage and get on with our site seeing. She stored our luggage, checked us in and gave us maps and tips of what we could do in the area. We were on the 6th floor and our room had a balcony with great views of Jungfrau. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Really good shower. There’s a bus outside the hotel no 21 that can take you to the Interlaken ost if you don’t want to walk in the heat. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again."
