"Loved my stay, rooms very clean. A/c good and cold. And at the front desk i met the sweetest lady called Grannie Ann. She's a true diamond. So glad I met this little lady made us feel right at home. This was not a vacation trip . I was in town for horrible reasons but.This hotel was a blessing me and my granddaughter was able to come to the room decompress and relax at the indoor pool"

"It was very clean and well kept, all the staff were very nice and informative. Answered our questions and were helpful with local restaurants. Room was clean and had a nice coffee set up! Overall very enjoyable, would definitely stay again."

"The room was clean the bedrooms were quiet and the area was nice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and had great service. The only thing I would change is I would open the pool up earlier in the morning, it opened at 10 and we could not use it and in the room we could not control the thermostat on our AC so we could not keep the fan running through the night. Other than that everything was great."

"I believe this is the cleanest Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. It was actually cleaner than a Marriott I stayed in a month ago. The room was very spacious and plenty of counter space to put our belongings. The staff was kind and helpful before I could even enter the doors. Got to check in early, which was a plus after a long drive. The room was comfortable, clean and cool."

"Great place. Only thing ice machine wasn't working on first floor. Also room had definite dog/pet smell. Hotel is pet friendly. Bring your air freshener."

"We only interacted with the staff at check in. The gentleman was kind and helpful. There is pretty decent coffee in the morning but no real breakfast - this isn’t that kind of hotel. The room was immaculate and looked newly remodeled. Everything worked. I appreciated the tub with an anti-slip guard adhered to the floor. Have not seen that in other hotels. Will stay there again as we travel through this area. We were only there for one night - checked in around midnight and had to be on...

"The only issue I had was the bed was hard as concrete. I spend over 20 years in the military and have slept on concrete that was softer. Overall the hotel was nice and don’t have anything to say negative about staff, cleanliness or upkeep, just the bed."

"The staff was the best thing about the hotel. They were very kind and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay.The view of the mountains was amazing. My only complaints are that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the ice machines were all down during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend."
