"My room was dirty. There was A LOT of hair in the shower. I asked the front desk if I could change rooms and was told that there could be a change and she was unsure until she spoke with the manager who would be there in the morning. There was a roach on the night stand too. Never again. "

"Beautifully renovated near interstate...parking was a bit confusing as to the entrance...make sure you enter thru the 1st entry at the Comfort Inn entrance and immediately turn left in front of the building and continue till you see the RRI which sits back a bit...staff ULTRA friendly and helpful."

"The place was filthy. The tub was discolored. There were dead bugs and garbage behind the bathroom door. Bed sheets were stained and worn. Bathroom sink was dirty with hair from shaving still in the sink. The price was low, I understand. But I oversaw maintenance in a 300 room hotel in Cincinnati, and the things I saw in this room was just neglect and no effort. If I was in a hurry because of traveling, or I would have demanded a refund. There were people outside our room until 2am partying and being loud. If this is what you offer, I will never use your service again. I really feel I should be refunded for this stay, it was intolerable and I got very little sleep. I have many friends who use your service, they will be notified of this ridiculous situation I was put in"

"we stayed at the laquinta and first off we had to change rooms three times then the third room finally was at we saw several roaches I have fotos of then my 4 year old son hurt himself severely bad getting of the bed there was a metal peice hanging out underneath I had to rush grab ice put on he now still next day crys it hurts and is bruising from but crack up up may have to go to Dr for this . Also shower is so slippery need to put a towel down so u don't slide inside the tub"

"Toilet/tub area was nasty. Toilet leaking at base, door peeling apart, tub enamel peeling, and shower head corroded badly. Curtains were dirty, holey and would not close properly. We had to use a hanger to clip them shut. Ironing board was broken and barely stood up for use. Breakfast was only cold cereal or the time consuming waffle. We were extremely disappointed. "
